What We Sell
As a small family-owned shop, we are proud to represent one of the biggest and best bicycle companies in the world. With a commitment to the sport that is unparalleled, Specialized clearly know their bicycles (and they make great shoes too). Beth is a Certified BodyGeometry Fit Specialist – the highest level of certification in the world for a professional fitter – and Specialized now ask Beth to help teach their new fitters. She was trained by the same people who fit the professional teams sponsored by Specialized around the world.
Belgium is the land of Merckx and De Vlaminck, Boonen and Gilbert, spring classics, cyclocross and cobblestones. We are proud to represent the “holy land of cycling” with Ridley – the number one selling bicycle from Belgium. For everything from road bikes to cyclocross, Ridley bikes are now available here on the South Shore.
Back in the 90’s, we were an “A Dealer” for Fat City Cycles and Merlin, two Massachusetts bicycle companies with cult-like followings. When both of these companies moved out, Independent Fabrication stepped in and filled the void to build the finest handmade bicycles on the planet. Functional art and completely custom to your body and style of riding … and still made here in New England!
When two of our local riders, the Simms brothers, told us we had to bring in Pivot, we said maybe. When one of them started letting people borrow his bicycle, we said definitely! Pivot mountain bikes use the DW Link rear suspension which makes these bicycles comfortable and fast. They explain it better than we ever could, so check out their web site here (or better yet, try one and discover the ride for yourself).
When all the hotshot New England cyclocross riders started showing up on Stevens frames, we knew something was up. (They have also been ridden by more than a few National and World Champions.) Light and fast, you won’t be disappointed. They aren’t just for cyclocross either — road frames are available too.
