YOGA
Yoga every Thursday night from 6:30 – 7:30 pm at the store. Beginners are welcome and encouraged but still a great class for those of you who are yogi masters.
We have an excellent, experienced yoga teacher who takes the time to make sure you are in the right position.
We will be holding a 5 week session starting Thursday Jan 9th and running through February 6th.
New prices – $15 drop in rate; or commit to the whole 5 weeks and get a $2 discount per class. No credit cards please.
Please let us know if you are interested. We will not run the program if we do not get enough interest.
SPINERVALS AND OUR OLD FRIEND COACH TROY!
Why not suffer together on the trainers? Every Tuesday, starting Jan 7th, we will be putting in a Spinervals tape and working out with Coach Troy.  6:30 – 7:30 pm. at the store.
Bring your own trainer, bike, mat and water. Cost: $5
